I’m a Director of Machine Learning in the San Francisco Bay Area with 10+ years of experience building and scaling production ML and AI systems — across gaming, e-commerce, healthcare, and consumer technology. My work centers on Computer Vision, Large Language Models, and the ML platforms that let teams ship them reliably. I’ve taken machine learning from ad-hoc experimentation to enterprise-grade platforms that materially improve unit economics, accelerate time-to-market, and support hundreds of production models a year.

Just as often, my job is people and strategy: I’ve built and led geographically distributed teams of ML engineers, software engineers, and product managers, and worked shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Engineering, and Operations leadership to translate ML investment into measurable business and financial outcomes.

• Ambient AI medical scribe — a human-in-the-loop GenAI virtual scribe that listens to a visit and drafts the clinical note plus ICD-10/CPT codes, piloted across 50+ physicians.
• AI-first healthcare venture studio — a shared, HIPAA-aware core that powers many healthcare products, so a new vertical is a configuration rather than a fork.
• Event-driven legal-medical document AI — a multi-agent summarization platform that cut manual review time by ~70%.
